Mice are savvy discerners. They are able to detect food and danger easily as their sense of smell and hearing are superb. The human smell is particularly helpful to them as they use it to avoid areas frequented by people as well as mice controlling devices installed by humans.

Each plate is individually handmade in a durable porcelain clay body. The bottom will have my stamped signature. The animal featured is painted using underglazes against the natural clay background and covered completely with a thick coat of transparent gloss glaze. The colors will never fade. It is kiln fired to 2200 degrees.
